On November 11th and 12th, IC China 2015 and Wuhan OVC EXPO were successively opened. XMC participated in those two important events and drew wide attention by showcasing IC wafers and related end products using XMC advanced technologies.

XMC focuses on flash memory and specialty technology development and IC manufacturing. The IC wafers exhibited in those two Expos include the first functional 3D NAND Flash wafer in China, the most advanced 45nm NOR Flash (8G) wafer in the world, the next-generation Stacking BSI-CIS wafer and the low power 55LG wafer. The related end products using XMC made IC chips shown include routers, STB (Set Top Box), intelligent bracelets and applications in mobile telephones, etc.
